รายละเอียดงาน
- Provide support and troubleshoot application-related issues within the organization.
- Analyze and diagnose software-related problems and coordinate with the development team for resolution.
- Maintain and ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Train and guide users on application usage.
- Prepare documentation and reports related to issues and their resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to enhance system performance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Application Support or IT Support.
- Understanding of database systems (SQL, Oracle) and software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of business processes, such as accounting systems, financial systems, sales systems, procurement systems, production planning systems, and warehouse management systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
