1. Product Reception & Quality Assurance •Supervise and manage the QA team to receive, sort, and assess incoming catalytic converters. •Verify material authenticity, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper condition evaluation. 2. Process Oversight & Export Management •Oversee the recycling process to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with environmental and safety standards. •Manage the full-cycle export process, including packing, booking, documentation, and coordination with accounting. •Optimize processing time and coordinate with sales to minimize inventory holding time and maximize cash flow. 3. Quality Control & Compliance •Maintain high processing quality standards and report monthly production levels to government regulatory systems. 4. Catalogue Management •Continuously update the catalytic converter catalogue through frequent testing and analysis of purchased materials. 5. Inventory & Supply Chain Management •Manage inventory levels of both raw and processed materials, ensuring accurate tracking and timely reporting. 6. Team Leadership & Development •Supervise, train, and manage the QA and factory processing team to improve efficiency and maintain high performance. 7. Safety & Regulatory Compliance •Ensure adherence to Thailand’s factory regulations and other relevant industry safety standards. 8. Cross-Department Collaboration •Work closely with management and sales teams to align operational goals with business objectives. 9. Performance Monitoring & Reporting •Provide concise reports on facility performance, production metrics, and operational efficiency to senior management. 10. Machinery Maintenance & Process Optimization •Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery to minimize downtime. •Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Age: 27-37, open to all genders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
Language: Proficiency in both English and Thai (mandatory).
Proven experience in factory operations, QA, or supply chain management.
Knowledge of recycling processes, export logistics, and inventory control.
Understanding of regulatory and safety standards in Thailand.
Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze and optimize operational workflows.
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Technical knowledge in machinery maintenance and operational efficiency.
