รายละเอียดงาน•Customer Acquisition and Target Achievement:
oIdentify and secure new customers to expand the client base.
oAchieve the sales targets set by the company.
•Client Retention:
oManage and renew Employee Benefits accounts, fostering high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
•Group Insurance Promotion:
oPropose and promote group insurance products and service to clients.
oDevelop and maintain positive relationships with both existing and new customers.
•Sales Reporting:
oPrepare and present detailed summaries of insurance sales through all channels.
oHighlight and report challenges and obstacles to the supervisor.
•Service Oversight:
oEnsure that service provision meets the company's targets and revenue goals.
oAlign service delivery with company policies and standards.
•Compliance Monitoring:
oMonitor and control insurance sales activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations established by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC).
•Additional Duties:
oPerform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
- Possession of a life insurance broker license and/or non-life insurance broker license is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and support collective goals.
