- Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify and maintain relationships with quality suppliers, with a focus on food industry standards. - Negotiation & Contracts: Lead high-level negotiations for favorable pricing and terms, ensuring compliance with standards. - Procurement Strategy: Develop sourcing strategies to enhance efficiency and meet CJ Mart’s business objectives. - Inventory & Cost Control: Optimize stock levels, manage budgets, and track procurement metrics for continuous improvement. - Risk & Compliance: Ensure suppliers meet quality and regulatory requirements and mitigate supply chain risks. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Finance, and Product Development to align procurement with company goals.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; Master’s or certification preferred.
Minimum of 10 years in procurement, with a strong background in sourcing and supplier negotiation, ideally in the f&B industry.
Strong negotiation, data analysis, and supplier management skills
Proficient in English or Chinese
