1. Resolving incidents and service requests promptly, managing the devices and installing and configuring approved software. Ensure devices remain secure, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational standards.
2. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual systems in meeting/conference rooms, including video conferencing devices. Ensure seamless operation of equipment during meetings and provide on-demand support as needed.
3. Provide basic network and connectivity troubleshooting, including VPN issues, Wi-Fi, and general network access problems.
4. Managing accounts in Active Direction, ensuring compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
5. Coordinate with external agencies under the responsibility of the department.
6. Other IT tasks as assigned
