We are looking for an HR Manager! Only Thai Nationality
A tour organization company in Thailand is seeking a talented HR Manager to join our team.
What we expect:
Proven experience in HR, ideally in the tourism industry;
Strong skills in recruitment, team development, and employee retention;
Knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently;
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse team;
Fluency in Thai (spoken and written) is required.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment, onboarding, and training of Thai staff;
Employee development and performance management;
Providing guidance to managers on HR-related issues;
Managing HR documentation and compliance with Thai labor law;
Contributing to the development of a positive company culture.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Manager | มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- Proficiency in English at B2 level | มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับ B2 (จำเป็น)
- Conversational Thai language skills | มีทักษะภาษาไทยในการสื่อสาร
- Knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
