1.Set KPI goals for the section, manage section staff, manage budgets educate and train section staff at different levels, collaborate with other sections, and practice problem solving.
2. Always reporting, contracting and consultation.

**Experience in manufacturing cost control.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience in production engineering more than 10 years in Electronics and Automotive Business
- Have experience operating manufacturing equipment in electronic component manufacturing more than 3 Years
- Can use AutoCAD and AutoCAM
- Good personality and strong leader ship
- Good Command of English
- Have responsibility, Can work under pressure.
