รายละเอียดงาน- Establish / make a proposal of the documents, report, deploy and continuously improve the standard or instruction, ie. Customer Report, New model / Test data and other related documents.
- Lead team to solve the issues in the production line, finding the rootcause, Corrective and Preventive actions.
Lead team to response the Customer Feedback / Customer Complain and reply per timeframe.
- Support Customer Audit, Customer Visit or visit the customer site by
- co-ordinating with CFT and Engineer team.
- Encourage team to have the mindset of good co-operation with the company policy, ISO, 5S, Calibration, ESD and others.
