We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will focus on managing client relationships and coordinating with our advertising team to close leads generated by our campaigns.
Position includes base salary + sales commission. Bonus available for fluency in Chinese and Japanese.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
Act as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Lead Coordination:
Work with the advertising team to follow up on and close leads generated by our marketing campaigns.
Assist in preparing and presenting tailored proposals to convert leads into long-term clients.
Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and lead progress.
Project Coordination:
Liaise between clients and creative/technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress and performance.
Address client feedback and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
Reporting & Insights:
Create and share detailed performance reports with clients.
Gather and relay client feedback to the team for process and campaign optimization.
