Job Description: The Technical Engineer will handle all technical aspects of projects, ensuring proper equipment specification, layout design, and technical documentation to support the sales process. 1. Technical Planning: - Create detailed laundry layout designs - Develop MEP specifications - Perform capacity calculations - Prepare technical drawings - Configure equipment specifications 2. Engineering Support: - Manage and update CAD/Revit library - Create technical documentation - Provide installation specifications - Develop technical solutions - Conduct site surveys 3. Project Engineering: - Ensure technical feasibility of projects - Coordinate with contractors and installers - Review and validate technical specifications - Provide installation guidance - Offer technical troubleshooting 4. Documentation & Standards: - Maintain technical documentation - Create installation guides - Develop standard operating procedures - Ensure compliance with technical standards - Update technical libraries

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
3-5 years technical experience
Proficiency in CAD and Revit software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical drawing and documentation experience
Experience in laundry or related industry
Knowledge of MEP systems
Project engineering experience
