รายละเอียดงาน1.Strategic Planning and Target Management:
•Based on the company’s business plan and requirements, organize the development of the department’s work plan and budget, and implement them after approval.
•Develop business strategies, and be responsible for research on customer demand surveys, and selection of suitable products for purchase/sale.
2.Market Development and Customer Management:
•Organize the collection of domestic and international market information, and conduct summary and analysis; formulate and continuously adjust sales operation strategies, using a variety of means to develop the market.
•Engage in the development of new customers, guide the analysis of customer information; implement arrangements for customer audits, and maintain good cooperative relationships with key customers.
3.Team Management and Training:
•Be responsible for work guidance, business knowledge training, performance evaluation, and other routine administrative management tasks for personnel within the department.
•Be responsible for the assessment, evaluation, training, rewards, and punishments of the trade department staff.
4.Business Processes and Risk Management:
•Be responsible for the improvement of various management systems and methods related to the sales of bulk drugs and the export of tablets and injections, and supervise their implementation.
•Ensure the internal and external compliance of all trade operations, improve the management system, and innovate the management model.
5.Contract Management and Business Negotiation:
•Be responsible for signing bulk trade contracts and supervising their implementation, handling related business matters.
•Lead the team to actively develop and introduce new international brands and products, maintain relationships with important international customers, and lead business negotiations and contract signings.
