รายละเอียดงาน
1. Provide and coordinate ocean freight pricing and quotations for customers.
2. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and resolve problem about freight forwarding logistics and Gather feedback to customer complaints.
3. Daily operation in terms of shipment delivery to customers and Correspondence with oversea and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of shipments
4. Coordinate with shipping company and freight forwarders and Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise
5.Handle and Maintain quotations requests both Inside, Outside with accurate details
6.Follow-up on quotations sent, expiring, not booked, customers lost, FOB and take actions on it
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support for ocean freight forwarding.
- Experience in Ocean Freight Pricing & Quotation is a plus.
- Good command in English.
- Can work with documents well, being careful and detailed.
- Experience in contacting shipping lines(freight) and support shipper or shipping is a plus.
