The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, financial transactions, and communication with clients, suppliers, and banks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage office administration tasks, including organizing documents and maintaining records.
2. Handle petty cash, invoices, and banking transactions.
Prepare and send official letters and correspondence.
3. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and business partners on behalf of the Managing Director.
4. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Perform general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
