• Assist the Team leader in organizing, planning and implementing strategy • Install Windows and basic software required for company operations on new laptops for users. • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for users. • Troubleshoot and fix unexpected Infrastructure systems incidents. • Support client user by onsite or remote support services. Remark : If you have previous experience working as IT Support in an industrial factory, this will be an advantage.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male 23-30 years
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in IT Infrastructure.
Knowledge in managing Windows Server, Network, Security.
Have the ability to analyze problems systematically and can decide find solutions effectively
Good command in English communication with foreigners.
Good attitude, service mind and customer service skills.
Comfortable in dynamic and extended work hours.
Able and willing to travel upcountry.
