รายละเอียดงานThe Pre-Sales Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, managing internal processes, product data, and system maintenance while ensuring smooth coordination between sales and other departments.
Product Data Management:
- Create and maintain product SKUs based on different options and configurations
- Manage product master data in ERP system
- Update product specifications and pricing information
- Maintain product documentation and technical sheets
System Administration:
- Process price adjustment requests
- Create and manage Purchase Orders
- Screen and create new customers in ERP system
- Manage customer terms and conditions in system
- Maintain database accuracy and consistency
Sales Support:
- Assist customers in selecting the product that best suits the inquiry
- Develop comprehensive proposals and quotations for dealers/consultants
- Process and track sales orders
- Coordinate between sales team and internal departments
- Support contract administration and documentation
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders and pricing
Process Management:
- Administer contracts and authorization letters
- Ensure compliance with internal processes for special pricing
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Care departments
- Support visa applications and visit arrangements for customers
- Maintain organized filing system for all documentation
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales administration or customer care
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent data entry and documentation skills
- Strong database management abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Experience with business software applications
- Ability to learn and master internal systems
- Excellent spreadsheet skills
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
