รายละเอียดงาน
-Install, configure and manage server’s H/W, VM, storage and operating systems (Microsoft Windows Server (level administrator))
-Monitoring server operation and performance.
-Administration on Microsoft 365 Cloud.
-Administer and maintain backup and restore server systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
-Manage and support SAP basic operations.
-Manage vendors on Maintenance Agreement.
-Troubleshoot and resolve system or infrastructure, performance and security.
-Providing support and technical expertise in Directory Services technology
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT-related issues effectively.
-Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and procedures related to quality management systems, environmental management systems, occupational health and safety management systems, and business continuity management systems.
-Other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related engineering field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in system administration or a related role
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, VM Server, Cloud, Azure, SAP Basic, and backup management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage outsource effectively
- Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with other departments.
- Knowledge and experience in network infrastructure such as LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Load Balancer, and Cloud.
