1. Payroll Management /Percentage of work 60%
•Oversee and manage the company’s payroll system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
•Extract and process employee attendance data (e.g., absences, leaves, tardiness) from the HR system for payroll calculations.
•Prepare payroll reports for management review and approval.
•Set up and manage payroll disbursement systems, ensuring timely approvals and payments.
•Handle annual tax submissions, including TAX and VAT compliance.
•Provide support and resolve issues related to the HR system, focusing on Time Attendance
•Monitor the overtime working hours of employees in all departments.
2. Compensation & Benefits /Percentage of work 10%
•Manage Social Security (SSO) and Group Insurance enrollments and terminations for new hires and exiting employees.
•Handle Provident Fund (PVD) enrollments, terminations, and adjustments.
3.HR Administrative Support /Percentage of work 20%
•Manage and maintain ISO9001 system to be good management.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments.
•Coordinate visa and work permit applications and renewals for expatriate employees.
•Manage petty cash reimbursements for the HR department.
•Oversee inventory and distribution of employee uniforms.
•Prepare workstations and assets for new hires and track asset returns from resigning employees
•Organize employee relation activities and assist with HRD-related projects if any.
•Plan and coordinate Public Training Courses and In-house Training Courses by departments.
•Support the company's recruitment process.
•Other tasks as assigned.
