รายละเอียดงานRESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Monitor, manage, and prioritize incidents across all live process automation projects.
2. Investigate incidents to identify the root cause and provide timely resolutions.
3. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
4. Perform initial troubleshooting of automation tools, including Kofax RPA and KTA (Kofax Total Agility).
5. Utilize monitoring tools such as Grafana to detect and resolve performance issues.
6. Monitor, manage and maintain servers performance.
7. Provide clear documentation of incident resolutions, root causes, and preventive measures.
8. Ensure adherence to SLAs for incident resolution and reporting.
9. Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce incident frequency.
10. Support/Stand by deployment of patches, upgrades, and hotfixes for automation tools and environments
11. Make the incident report and meeting with customer.
12. Flexibility to work remote.
Technical Skills
1. Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA), Kofax RPA would be an advantage.
2. Experience with any workflow software, configuration, and troubleshooting. Kofax KTA would be an advantage.
3. Experience with log file analysis and troubleshooting methodologies.
4. Monitoring Tools: Experience using Grafana for monitoring system performance.
5. Programming Languages: Basic in Python and .NET for debugging and minor development tasks.
6. Web Services: Experience with REST APIs and understand the integrations between systems.
7. IIS (Internet Information Services): Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting IIS web servers.
8. Database Management: Strong skills in MS SQL, including query writing.
