รายละเอียดงาน
1. Manage software licenses, contracts, and company IT assets. 2. Oversee permissions for Data Center drives and printers. 3. Provide technical support for company-wide software and hardware. 4. Monitor CCTV availability and ensure proper functionality. 5. Assist with firewall configurations, antivirus upgrades, and data backup systems. 6. Coordinate with the Chinese IT department to develop and modify factory software.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in IT support, asset management, or related roles.
  3. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  4. Familiarity with firewall configurations, antivirus software, and data security.
  5. Ability to communicate in English (basic Chinese is a plus).
  6. Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus.
