รายละเอียดงาน
1. Get information of production planning and specify target of manufacturing support in the production.
2. Work with production team to drive and support to meet the plan with quality and customer requirements.
3. Follow up and closely monitor production team's performance to meet standards, criteria, procedures, cost effectiveness with safety, environment care and labor relations, disciplinary and work regulations.
4. Ensure that production process has performed in compliance with the direction of production manager on smart team and production systems as well as company management systems & standards compliance, including self-quality assurance, maintenance, and improvement.
5. Support on production improvement or alternative technique.
6. Support on technical team for continues improvement.
7. Ensure the team follows periodical training, 5’S and safety patrol.
8. Ensure the technical / technology skills of staff are adequate in performing tasks and maintain work ability.
9. Manage on machines and process capability and improvement as well as effectiveness productivity.
10. Report overall production performance to superior with recommendation.
11. Support and guideline of staff disciplinary, training, skill development and motivation as well as being a good leader, example, consultancy and people management.
12. Support on problem solving and prevention.
13. Encourage and develop staff competency and knowledge transfer.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related engineering or other major applicable for production.
- A minimum 2-year experience in Industrial management or Production control.
- Ability to use CAD program. , CNC ,
- Proficient in CNC program.
- Good command in English.
- Travel to work by yourself
