2. Plan for certification/renewal of all quality systems and management systems
3. Study the requirements of all quality systems and review the quality policy/process/management procedures involved
4. Control and supervise internal and external audits (Internal Quality Audit, Customer Audit)
5. Plan internal audits, select auditors, control the preparation of the audit schedule, hold meetings to clarify to auditors Collect and coordinate the results of the audit, evaluate the work of auditors, and follow up on the results of corrective actions
6. Coordinate with customers and relevant internal departments to respond to and correct comments arising from each audit
7. Set a Management Review meeting plan, announce the meeting agenda, collect information from relevant departments, conduct meetings, prepare meeting reports and follow up on the results of the implementation according to the meeting resolution
8. Collect the results of the organization's KPI assessment, analyze KPI and follow up on the corrections to make the KPI meet the organization's goals
9. Set up a document control system (Document Control), check the registration/editing/reviewing/storing and destroying documents system, and provide advice on taking care of the document control system of the quality system
10. Register Component Part in the IMDS system, customer system of AUTOMOTIVE customers
11. Support various information for customers, such as Certificated ISO, Customer Survey, Green Survey, etc.
12. Other activities as assigned by the supervisor
