Detailing the primary responsibilities and tasks required for the position, including work objectives and duties to be completed. Develop and introduce new suppliers, conduct market research, and collect industry information. Manage the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and conduct on-site audits. Maintain departmental systems and coordinate third-party and customer audits. Oversee daily supplier management, ensuring quality, delivery, and service performance. Follow up on supplier improvements, claims, and major contract disputes. Train and develop suppliers to enhance their technical capabilities and service quality. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university, with at least three years of experience in supplier management or resource development in the procurement department of a large company. A strong track record in procurement, professional ethics, familiarity with manufacturing processes, and knowledge of PCB production are preferred.
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, responsible, and resilient personality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Language requirements: Fluent in Chinese, English, or Thai (able to use as a working language for direct communication).
Mature, outgoing, excellent interpersonal communication skills, a quick learner, proactive, and capable of working independently.
