装配技术员： 1.编制夹具的技术管理规范及标准，维护和修改与使用相关的标准。 2.夹具精度、防错点检，编制校准计划，组织校准过程，对校准结果进行处置 3.接收国内传递的控制计划等技术文件并对接收的技术文件内容进行评审，会签； 4.生产过程技术标准的制定，维护及更新，为线体生产提供技术支持 5.对生产现场、顾客反馈的不合格品，依据不合格品状态及产品性能要求判定处置方式； 6.生产现场品质异常、夹具异常、尺寸异常解决、原因分析、制定临时/永久对策 7.收集重要产品特性生产数据，整理后编制CPK分析报告，依据CPK分析报告结果，并结合产线的实际情况，制定改善提升计划。 8.熟悉装配工艺，熟悉拧紧工艺及压装工艺。 Assembly Process Engineer: 1. Prepare technical management specifications and standards for fixtures, maintain and modify standards related to use. 2. Fixture accuracy, error-proofing inspection, preparation of calibration plan, organization of calibration process, and processing of calibration results 3. Receive control plans and other technical documents delivered domestically and review and countersign the contents of the received technical documents; 4. Formulate, maintain and update technical standards for the production process to provide technical support for wire production 5. For unqualified products reported by the production site and customers, determine the disposal method based on the status of the unqualified products and product performance requirements; 6. Solve quality abnormalities, fixture abnormalities, and dimensional abnormalities at the production site, analyze causes, and formulate temporary/permanent countermeasures 7. Collect production data on important product characteristics, compile and prepare a CPK analysis report, and formulate an improvement plan based on the results of the CPK analysis report and the actual situation of the production line. 8. Familiar with the assembly process, tightening process and press-fitting process.

Male/Female , 25-35 years old
Education Background: Bachelor Major: Machinery, Automobile, Electrical and Mechanical, material, Automation, Industrial engineering, Industrial Design
Work experience: 2 year or above experience in quality handling/technical problem handling/quality management/standardization audit is preferred work experience (Automotive company is prefer)
working in Rayong
Able to communicate good English. If can comunicate Chinese will be specially considered.
Able to work under pressure very well meticulous high responsibility and punctual.
Have coordination skills Excellent communication with others Able to work well with Chinese people.
Able to work overtime and able to travel to work by himself.
Able to use a computer well in Microsoft office.
General ability of all staff (including management) : observation, learning, communication, execution and problem finding ability
Ability to use office software, proficient in office operation
Have 5W analytical ability, schedule management ability, problem finding and solving ability, 8D report making ability.
Master the production process of chassis products and solve their defects
Able to use CAD and Catia to make drawings and master hand-drawing skills; Grasp the preparation method of technical standards, can develop technical standards to support the production of line body
Knowledgeable and familiar with organizational culture Negotiation skills Business etiquette knowledge Knowledge about the company's products.
Familiar with TS16949 standard, lean development, 5 core tools, 7 QC tools, VDA6.3 related quality knowledge, mechanical drawing, CAD tools.
