Frame Welding Technology 1. Set up welding, exhaust and other site technical standards and maintain and update, provide technical support for the production of wire body 2. Provide technical support for the technical transformation of the source of occurrence and the source of outflow in response to the problems of self-made products, quality problems in the project, and after-sales market reported by the main engine factory 3. Feedback and temporary disposal of on-site quality abnormalities of purchased parts and surrogate parts, and determine the disposal method of unqualified products of purchased parts and surrogate parts 4. Compile technical management specifications and standards for fixtures and tools, including fixture ledger, fixture inspection table, fixture calibration standards, fixture maintenance instructions and other documents, and maintain and update them 5. Regular spot inspection of fixture positioning pins, organization replacement, precision adjustment, and daily management of fixtures; regular confirmation of welding process parameters, and rectification for non-conforming items 6. Use 2D and 3D software to draw fixture parts drawings and digital models to provide support for on-site improvement and development. 7. Use the MINITAB tool to regularly conduct SPC analysis on important process dimensions on site, and formulate improvement plans based on the analysis results 8. Regularly participate in the audit activities organized by the quality inspection department, including but not limited to process record inspection, layered audit, system document self-audit and other activities. After the responsible department countermeasures and rectification, the technician will track and verify the rectification effect. 9. Handeling and mornitoring supplier quality issue of assembly part. 10. Communicate and track customer or supplier requirements to control and change management. 11. Prepare supplier PPAP documents, approve them, and monitor improvements and maintenance. 12.According to the technical document issued by the Chassis Research Institute. Mold inspection Jigs inspection tools, etc. at suppliers regularly Confirm the supplier's routine maintenance. and check the quality of product production 13. Perform tasks assigned by supervisors

Male/Female 25-35 years old
Education Background: Bachelor Major: Machinery, Automobile, Electrical and Mechanical, material, Automation, Industrial engineering, Industrial Design
Work experience: 2 year or above experience in quality handling/technical problem handling/quality management/standardization audit is preferred work experience (Automotive company is prefer)
working in Rayong
Able to communicate good English. If can comunicate Chinese will be specially considered.
Able to work under pressure very well meticulous high responsibility and punctual.
Have coordination skills Excellent communication with others Able to work well with Chinese people.
Able to work overtime and able to travel to work by himself.
Able to use a computer well in Microsoft office.
General ability of all staff (including management) : observation, learning, communication, execution and problem finding ability
Ability to use office software, proficient in office operation
Have 5W analytical ability, schedule management ability, problem finding and solving ability, 8D report making ability.
Master the production process of chassis products and solve their defects
Able to use CAD and Catia to make drawings and master hand-drawing skills; Grasp the preparation method of technical standards, can develop technical standards to support the production of line body
Knowledgeable and familiar with organizational culture Negotiation skills Business etiquette knowledge Knowledge about the company's products.
Familiar with TS16949 standard, lean development, 5 core tools, 7 QC tools, VDA6.3 related quality knowledge, mechanical drawing, CAD tools.
