1. ตามเอกสารประวัติอุปกรณ์ ร่วมกับการเตรียมแผนการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์และแนะนำการดำเนินการ รับรองความสำเร็จของตัวชี้วัดการจัดการอุปกรณ์และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมของอุปกรณ์ 2. จากความรู้ทางทฤษฎีไฟฟ้าและประสบการณ์เชิงปฏิบัติ การเข้าร่วมการประเมินข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคสำหรับการประมูลและจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ และข้อตกลงทางเทคนิคของอุปกรณ์เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าอุปกรณ์ตรงตามข้อกำหนดของกระบวนการและความน่าเชื่อถือ 3. วิเคราะห์ความจำเป็นของอุปกรณ์และอะไหล่เครื่องจักรกล และเครื่องมือ ควบคุมปริมาณการใช้และลดต้นทุนการบำรุงรักษา 4. มีส่วนร่วมในการบำรุงรักษาความล้มเหลวของอุปกรณ์ในเวิร์คช็อป กำหนดมาตรการป้องกันเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำและสร้างมาตรฐานกระบวนการบำรุงรักษา เพื่อให้การผลิตอุปกรณ์เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น 5. ใช้การทดสอบอุปกรณ์และความแม่นยำอื่นๆ อย่างมืออาชีพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการทำงาน และกำหนดรายการบำรุงรักษาเชิงคาดการณ์เพื่อลดเวลาหยุดทำงานของสายการผลิต 6. กำหนดแผนยกเครื่องอุปกรณ์ ดำเนินงานบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์จากภายนอก และแก้ปัญหาอุปกรณ์ที่ยากจะแก้ไข 7. เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมบุคลากรด้านการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ในเวิร์คช็อป ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคและเร่งรัดเอกสารทางเทคนิค 8. สรุปและวิเคราะห์ประเด็นปัญหาในการดำเนินงาน จัดทำแผนการปรับปรุงเชิงสร้างสรรค์ และกำกับดูแลการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงไลน์ผลิต 9.เข้าร่วมดำเนินการจัดซื้อและพัฒนาอุปกรณ์ มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำเอกสารการประมูล ตรวจสอบเอกสารมาตรฐานของโครงการมีความสมเหตุสมผลและครบถ้วน 10. ดำเนินโครงการแผนงานระบบไฟฟ้าเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าแผนจะแล้วเสร็จตรงเวลา Responsibilities Equipment 1. According to the equipment history documents, together with the preparation of equipment maintenance plans and implementation recommendations, ensure the achievement of equipment management indicators and improve the overall efficiency of the equipment. 2. Based on electrical theory and practical experience, participate in the evaluation of technical requirements for equipment tendering and procurement, and equipment technical agreements to ensure that the equipment meets the process requirements and reliability. 3. Analyze the need for equipment and mechanical parts and tools, control the consumption and reduce maintenance costs. 4. Participate in the equipment failure maintenance in the workshop, determine preventive measures to prevent recurrence, and standardize the maintenance process, so that the equipment production runs smoothly. 5. Professionally use equipment testing and other precision, analyze operating data, and determine predictive maintenance items to reduce production line downtime. 6. Formulate equipment overhaul plans, carry out external equipment maintenance, and troubleshoot difficult-to-solve equipment problems. 7. Participate in the training of equipment maintenance personnel in the workshop, provide technical support and expedite technical documents. 8. Summarize and analyze operational issues, formulate innovative improvement plans, and supervise the promotion of production line improvement activities. 9. Participate in equipment procurement and development, participate in the preparation of tender documents. Check the project standard documents are reasonable and complete. 10. Carry out the electrical system plan project to ensure that the plan is completed on time.

มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานไฟฟ้า 2 ปีขึ้นไป (รวมถึงงานนอกฝ่ายด้วย) / Experience in electrical work for 2 years or more (including outside work)
ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบไฟฟ้า ความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท ความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม วัฒนธรรมองค์กร และจรรยาบรรณของพนักงาน / Basic knowledge of electrical systems, knowledge of the company's products, safety and environment, organizational culture and employee ethics
