รายละเอียดงาน• Responsible and act as SPOC for coordinating with all services on the CIC floor in accordance with the SOW aligned with Key Customer CIC stakeholders reporting to IFS General Services Manager for BKK MO. Coordinate with the reception staff to obtain information about invited guests attending the meeting, create name tags, and assist in welcoming guests to the services floor.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations ensuring smooth workflow and optimal staff performance.
• Addressing any operational issues, handling customer service inquiries, and cross-checking a cleanness, and safe environmental workplace.
• Additionally, they track performance metrics, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Their primary goal is to ensure the efficient functioning of the services floor while maintaining high standards of services and productivity.
