-Develop sales strategies: Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and create sales plans.
-Set sales goals: Set targets for the sales team to achieve.
-Track sales performance: Monitor sales performance analytics and report on results.
-Build relationships: Maintain relationships with customers and key clients.
-Negotiate: Negotiate with customers on price, trade terms, and other transaction conditions.
-Supervise delivery: Oversee the delivery of goods to customers.
-Prepare documents: Prepare documents needed for transactions with customers.
-Train and motivate: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
-Prepare reports: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- -Male/Female 35 and above years of age
- -Experienced in Pet Food retail management (MT/TT)
- -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- -Ability to work independently and multitask.
- -Ability to write reports and correspondence professionally.
- -Ability to prioritize and solve problems.
- -Ability to maintain attention to detail and follow through.
- -Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and discretion.
- -Warehousing, receiving, inventory control, or/and shipping experience.
- -Retail management experience.
- -Th/Eng Speaking
