รายละเอียดงาน• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Handle bank reconciliations and ensure timely and accurate tax payments (e.g., VAT, withholding tax).
• Prepare financial reports, including monthly and annual closing statements.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records in compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and tax filings.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
• Manage petty cash and monitor cash flow.
• Oversee office supply procurement and vendor management.
• Support HR and administrative functions, such as visa and work permit coordination (if required).
• Perform general administrative (GA) tasks to support smooth office operations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to GA tasks preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Business-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
