รายละเอียดงาน
1. Overseeing the daily D2D operation performance related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles.
2.Control truck performance to align on schedule daily and weekly routes.
3. Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
4. Coordinating maintenance and repairs for transportation vehicles.
5. Monitor and report on transportation costs.
6. Analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services.
7. Identify and analyze transport problems and develop and implement solutions to enhance transport operations; with monitoring and evaluation tools for both operation/cost effectiveness.
8. To maximize the utilization of operation’s assets/resource and drivers
9. Determining dispatch & planning for the overall transport routing nationwide for LH truck and Improving lead time and delivery frequency by route optimization for business demand requirements.
10. Responsible for coordinating the execution process control of trunk and branch line transportation across the entire network.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Logistics or other related
- 3-5 years of experience in the transportation 3PL or Express industry
- Transport truck planning, Transport Operations would be a MUST, and Knowledge of the operations field, Transportation IT system
- Strong Planning and Leadership skills including creativity and talent development as well
- Able to travel, and work on different sites in the responsible area
- Flexibility and ability to work under uncertain situations and change management
- Strong in Subcontractor negotiation and management
