Job Description :
- Develop and manage the construction schedule, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure conductibility of plans.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure proper site organization, including logistics, equipment, and material handling.
- Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are in place before commencing work.
- Monitor and manage the project budget, ensuring cost-effective procurement and resource utilization.
- Approve invoices, change orders, and payments to subcontractors. o Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project.
- Address client concerns and ensure their requirements are met.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure construction meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Resolve technical issues and discrepancies in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Document and maintain records of inspections, tests, and certifications.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Respond to emergencies and unforeseen issues effectively to minimize project disruptions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in solar farm or renewable energy projects.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects
- Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical infrastructure, and civil construction. Knowledge of renewable energy regulations, grid interconnection requirements, and environmental compliance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, MS Project, or Primavera for project planning and monitoring.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards (OSHA, ISO 45001) and quality management systems (ISO 9001).
