2. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of 8D reports, responding within the customer’s specified timeframe or a mutually agreed deadline.
3. Follow up on customer complaint reviews and verify the effectiveness of client-side improvements, ensuring complaints are resolved efficiently while maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate and track quality improvement projects.
