Job Summary:
•The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market research and business analysis to identify new opportunities in the retail landscape, assist in developing strategic plans, and managing projects to drive business growth. The candidate should have a strong background in business, finance, or related fields, with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Business Analysis
•Analyze market industry trends, competitor activity, and tenant/shopper demographics to identify new business opportunities in the retail landscape
•Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and monitor data to identify changes in retail business and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and analysis tools
•Conduct feasibility analysis using business valuation models and financial data analysis such as value assessment and relevant analysis using discounted cash flow analysis, etc.
•Prepare financial modeling and conduct financial analysis, create sales forecasts (OLS, etc.), and perform risk assessments to support decision-making
•Monitor data to identify changes in financial and retail business trends
Retail Development & Strategy
•Organize space development plan and assist in planning annual development budget
•Validate financial projections and pricing strategies and implement data-driven pricing strategies for leasing space
•Prepare advisory reports in Thai and English on regulation, economics, and social impact
Project Management & Business Development
• Assist in managing the space development plan, control budget and follow up processes in new projects (internal & external collaboration)
•Manage and follow up processes in the new project and cooperate with external and internal
•Oversees business development including entry strategy, initial negotiation, and contract/partner agreements
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, retail development, strategic planning, project management, or business development
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and business valuation models, including discounted cash flow analysis
- Passion for working on deals and projects with an agile mindset and a willingness to learn new concepts
- Ability to identify and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demographic data to find new business opportunities
- Excellent research skills and familiarity with industry best practices and analysis tools
- Strong project management skills, including budget control and process follow-up
