รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for all project elements (Scope, Schedule, Cost, Communication, Risk, Resource, etc.)
- Understand business objectives, scope, use cases, and prioritization of each project in pipeline.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Communicate to BU and stakeholder on project status and project progress on regular basis.
- Bridge gap and act as the liaison between Business users/ BU and IT developers.
- Ensure projects are deliver on time and quality of deliverables are according to the agreed standards.
- Define action plan to minimize project risk
- Response in a timely manner to project issues. Escalate to management team if necessary.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documents
- Monitor issue during post go-live and ensure seamless transition to BAU
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- At least 4 years of experience in software development or IT field, preferable with at least 3 years as Business Analyst
- Strong Project management skill and deep understanding in software development life cycle
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sense of urgency with an ability to work independently
- Experience in Retail & Food and Beverage business is a plus
