รายละเอียดงาน
- Oversee and manage the performance of all retail booths/stores, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Recruit, train, coach, and manage retail staff (PCs, supervisors, temporary workers) to deliver excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Identify and secure new booth opportunities in malls or events with strong sales potential.
- Maintain strong relationships with mall management, event organizers, and landlords.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and ensure merchandising aligns with brand standards.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on seasonal campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and customer service protocols.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, food industry, or related field
- At least 5 years+ experience as Retail Manager, Shop Manager, or relevant role.
