รายละเอียดงาน
1. Control and purchased of raw materials / CKD Part according to the production plan and customer orders.
2. Check order from the QAD System, Back Orders, Purchase Order, and received parts.
3. Analyze problems and causes that affect the ordering process. Raw materials/parts and continue to improve.
4. Control and monitoring of raw materials/parts of supplier to deliver according to the order plan.
5. Update customer laws and import tariff to be correct and legal.
6. Issued P/O & sent forecast of CKD raw materials to suppliers.
7. Control and prepare document for using import privilege such as FTA, M12, M29, Tax Refund, so that the company can receive and refund the import duty in timely and also control and compare freight rates in different terms to reduce transportation costs.
8. Check import entry & coordinate with shipping to do import custom clearance process and also prepared document for payment to supplier.
9. Control and compare freight rates in different terms to reduce transportation costs and any other duties assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male / Female Age 24 years old up.
- Bachelor's degree in Graduated with a major in English or related fields.
- Have experience in Purchasing, more than 1 year.
- Using English Tax Skills to Negotiate with Supplier.
- Have experience in import legal experience.
- Able to work under pressure and can be work hard.
- Good attitude.
