Logistics Operations
- Handle daily sales orders and prepare shipping documents.
- Arrange suitable transportation for sales orders.
- Verify the accuracy of records by Operation Support (QC).
- Record transportation and product transfers accurately in the Zort system.
- Manage the delivery of goods to modern trade channels and work alongside the logistics manager.
- Manage FIFO & Expiration of products.
- At the end of the workday, check delivered orders and update stock in the Excel system.
ZORT Operations
- Verify the accuracy of weekly sales orders.
- Oversee the overall Zort program.
- Extract data from Zort for analytical purposes.
- Integrate Zort with other services such as Lazada, Shopee, Line My Shop.
Store Operations
- Responsible for flower sales and inventory for the store front.
- Record Flower Sales report and send it every month.
- Responsible for all cash and sales reports for the storefront.
- Work with marketing team to promote sales through Bloom Store Front
- Record customer walk-ins and sales conversion.
- Responsible for Store Front Product Display & Cleanliness
