1. Plan and execute KOL collaboration strategies for the Thailand market, expanding and maintaining local KOL resources and building long-term relationships with influencers on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok;
2. Design and implement KOL marketing activities in Thailand based on brand promotion needs to enhance brand awareness and influence in the Thai market;
3. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of KOL campaigns, track metrics such as traffic and conversion rates, and optimize promotional strategies to ensure ROI;
4. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create KOL content and promotional plans that resonate with local culture and consumer preferences in Thailand;
5. Stay informed about industry trends, analyze competitors' KOL marketing strategies, and provide valuable market feedback and suggestions for the brand.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in live streaming or short video creation is preferred.
- Willing to learn store management; basic Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with TikTok platform rules and understanding of Thai user preferences.
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive work attitude.
