Job Description:
Dyna Forming Engineering and Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a motivated and skilled Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for demonstrating and promoting our engineering software products to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and functionalities of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients, showcasing the capabilities of our engineering software.
•Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
•Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and product manuals.
•Provide technical support and training to clients to ensure successful implementation and usage of our products.
•Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improvements.
•Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance product offerings.
•Assist in the development of marketing materials and conduct workshops or webinars as needed.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Proven experience in a technical role, preferably within software applications.
•Strong understanding of engineering principles and software applications.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Proficiency in Thai; knowledge of English is a plus.
