• Providing excellence service to customer at the assigned service counter including
- Information Center
- Parking Validation
- Redemption (Promotion & Rewards)
- Membership Services
- Selling and Issuing Gift Cards, Coupons, or Vouchers
- Baby Stroller & Wheelchair Service
- Assist with Customer Issues
- Receive and Handle Customer Feedback
• Support Company Activities and Events
• Comply with Company Policy
Hours of operation :
· Working 5 days/week 10 hours including Break
· 2 shifts ( 9.00 - 19.00 hrs. & 12.00 - 22.00 hrs.)
