1. Logistics Planning and Management
-Develop logistics strategies for domestic rice distribution.
-Plan transportation schedules to align with customer needs.
-Optimize delivery routes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
-Oversee the entire product flow, from suppliers to customers, ensuring accuracy in transportation documentation.
2. Warehouse Management
-Plan and manage storage spaces based on inventory volume and type.
-Implement inventory management to minimize storage costs and prevent product damage.
-Ensure compliance with storage standards, including humidity, temperature, and pest control.
3. Transportation Management
-Manage transport vehicles and external logistics providers.
-Monitor and address transportation delays.
-Coordinate with service providers to maintain delivery standards.
-Control transportation costs within the allocated budget.
4. Process Improvement
-Analyze operational data to identify and resolve issues.
-Plan and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
5. Team Management and Coordination
-Develop and manage logistics teams across transportation and warehouse operations.
-Provide training on workflows and technology utilization.
-Coordinate with departments like sales, production, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
-Address and resolve process-related issues, such as delays or product damage.
6. Budget and Cost Management
-Plan and manage the logistics department's budget effectively.
-Monitor costs across various logistics processes.
-Prepare and present cost analysis reports to executives.
7. Quality Assurance and Compliance
-Inspect product quality during storage and transportation.
-Ensure compliance with transportation and agricultural product storage regulations.
-Evaluate and select service providers per company policies.
8.Supervise, control and Manage the werehouses in Suksawat, Pattaya, Nakhon Ratchasima and other future warehouses.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age: 35-45 years, male or female.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Experience: 5-8 years in logistics or supply chain, especially in agricultural product distribution, e.g., rice.
- Skills: Logistics and warehouse management knowledge.
