-Lead, train and supervise CNC machine operators in daily responsibilities and procedure enforcement consisting, but not limited to required documentation, tool life maintenance, daily machine maintenance requirements, Q.C. adjustments, machine error tracking, etc. -Participate in the creation of the daily machine schedule providing feedback to feasibility, flow, and operator capacity. Ensure all Machines are running in accordance with the daily schedule, and with objectives to meet established OEE targets. -Problem solving / Component Quality: Coordinate directly with Quality Department to validate part quality from Quality reports. For any non-conforming issues, validate part setup, tool builds, fixture requirements and machine geometry and coordinate data with Quality and Engineering to achieve the required resolution and expected quality. -Experience managing and maintaining a shop floor with a 5S culture. -Use the forecasted machine schedule, proactively verify the machines are configured correctly with appropriate tooling, available tool life, and fixtures as required to meet the forecasted production schedule. -Develop, implement and evaluate SOP’s and WI’s to maintain, troubleshoot and improve processes related to: Machine maintenance, operator procedures, tooling procedures, presetting procedures, etc. -Schedule machine operator work schedules, monitor OT use in line with OT targets, and oversee and follow up on assigned tasks given to machine operator team members -Actively mentors and participates in the training of machinists. Includes goal setting and review, along with completion of annual performance review. -Responsible for communication with management team of any critical machine or machine operator issues. -Identify opportunities for improvement, proposes a viable plan for implementation for improvement, executes plan to completion. -Lead CNC projects and set up the new product FAI. -Perform activities “hands on Supervisor".
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. •Bachelor’s degree or completed trade school study relevant to CNC machine manufacturing.
  2. •Minium 5 years’ experience in a supervisory position. Preferably supervising machine operators, process and equipment in a highly dynamic, metric driven, close tolerance manufacturing environment.
  3. •Strong / proven organizational and verbal communication skills, required to supervise multiple machinists, processes and equipment within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  4. •Ability to read and understand detailed blueprints with advanced GD&T experience.
  5. •Ability to manipulate and understand 3D models is preferred.
  6. •Strong background in working with Mazak Turning / Milling machines.
  7. •Hands on experience working with Mazatrol & machine controls.
  8. •Expertise in using the programs Mastercam, Fusion Cam and Basics G-Code and is able to use the files in the machines.
  9. •Hands on team leadership experience including supervision, goal setting, problem solving and follow up skill.
  10. •Direct experience with root cause analysis associated with CNC machine tools, cutting tools and human performance.
  11. •Advanced experience in the selection and management cutting tools and specific tool application. (e.g. reamers, end mills, boring bars, taps, drills, etc.).
  12. •Good skills in production planning and processes Leadership and teamwork experience.
  13. •Knowledge of English language (technical/verbal/written).
  14. -Full time work at Phetchaburi plant with Saturday working 2 times per month.
