Work Hours: 8 hours from 8:00 - 17:00 (12:00 - 13:00 lunch break)
Work Days: 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday
Job Description:
1. Equipment operation and maintenance:
1.1. Responsible for confirming the stencil and equipment production procedures in advance according to the production plan.
1.2. Responsible for programming, debugging and maintenance work to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
1.3. Responsible for program optimization of surface mount machines, SPI, AOI and other equipment.
2. Technical support and coordination:
2.1. Participate in the introduction of new products and provide feasible technical support.
2.2. Cooperate with the production team to complete the new product production workflow.
3. Quality monitoring and improvement:
3.1. Regularly confirm products and promptly handle any abnormalities found.
3.2. Supervise the management of SMT auxiliary materials on the production line.
3.3. Analyze the manufacturing process to effectively improve production efficiency.
3.4. Assist in analyzing the reasons for the failure to achieve production efficiency and provide improvement suggestions.
3.5. Responsible for statistics and analysis of production quality, developing corresponding improvement plans and implementing them.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Professional background: Major in electronic circuits, mechanical or mechatronics integration
- Professional skills: Proficient in operating surface mount machines, familiar with reflow oven temperature testing, able to solve quality abnormalities; familiar with office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Work experience: More than 2 years of SMT related work experience
- Comprehensive qualities: good communication skills, team work spirit and willingness to learn
