- Attend meetings and take minutes or note key issues.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, update memos, and forms.
- Manage contact information for employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Handle confidential documents securely.
- Request quotations from vendors and place orders as assigned by the MD or project teams.
- Assist all departments with translating internal documents.
- Proofread and revise written materials for other departments.
- Create and manage employee contracts, issue warning letters, and oversee recruitment postings on job boards for our sister company in Cambodia.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Male or Female, Age 27-35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or in an administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage schedules, documents, and correspondence efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading, contract management, and documentation.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to take meeting minutes and summarize key issues effectively.
- Fluency in English and Thai (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to assist with translation of internal documents.
