รายละเอียดงาน
1.Organize and carry out factory safety inspections, formulate and supervise the management plan for factory hazardous operations (including external units), and carry out safety training for all employees;
2.Dispose of the company's hazardous waste legally and in compliance with regulations, conduct regular waste testing, and ensure that the company's waste discharge meets standards;
3.Organize pre-employment, on-the-job and post-employment occupational health examinations for employees, regularly test occupational hazard factors, formulate plans for wearing labor protection products, and promptly correct occupational health hazards;
4.Regularly check the operating status of the factory's fire protection facilities and equipment, and regularly organize fire emergency drills;
5.Formulate and continuously improve and update the company's EHS-related system documents to ensure that the company's environmental safety and health management work is legal and compliant；
6.Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above, holding professional qualification certificates such as safety management and environmental management, more than 3 years of working experience in the same position;
- Experience in participating in or leading new projects in manufacturing companies, experience in building new factories from 0 to 1 is preferred;
- Good communication skills, English or Chinese as working language is preferred;
- Possess good legal and compliance concepts and professional ethics.
