รายละเอียดงาน•Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, events, PR) with a strong focus on achieving key campaign objectives (e.g., increase brand awareness by 15%, drive a 10% increase in sales for target products) while managing all activities within budget and ensuring a ROI.
•Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team to develop engaging and high-quality content (visual and written) for social media, website, and promotional materials (GWP) that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate the Davines brand message.
•Conduct regular market research (at least quarterly) to understand market trends, target audience behavior, and competitive landscape. Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
•Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and successful project execution across all marketing initiatives.
•Assist in organizing and executing at least 2 major marketing campaigns per year, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders and achieving set objectives.
•Responsible for designing and implementing effective POSM and related marketing collateral to support brand planning and market execution.
•Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies tailored to the specific requirements of each salon, considering factors like sales performance and salon size.
•Prepare monthly performance reports that track KPIs and analyze program effectiveness to identify areas for improvement and optimize future marketing efforts.
•Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor directly or above
