1. Responsible for employee personnel change management (onboarding, resignation, regularization, transfer, promotion) and related file management.
2. Responsible for employee attendance and salary calculation.
3. Coordinate with the implementation of the company’s recruitment process and organize employee training.
4. Responsible for managing employee social insurance purchases, change management, welfare program handling, employee injury treatment, and employee relationship management.
5. Responsible for coordinating and managing cleaning, security, accommodation, and catering affairs.
6. Responsible for coordinating external relations and handling external liaison matters.
7. Responsible for following up on customer factory inspection work.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
