1. Work directly under BS MG, MG, Sr.Asst. MG 2. Supervise Staff based on line of command (Ref. BS organization chart) 3. Job summary 3.1 Contact and communicate with customers, shipping companies, sub-contractors and other concerned sections in the company by verbal way, telephone, e-mail, 4 portal website, documents and etc. to make understanding among them and meet customers' requirements. 3.2 Follow up orders (Firm and forecast) and payment from customs, information, data or documents (under BS responsibility) required by customers or other section in the company 3.3 Report weekly/monthly firm order, delivery situation & forecast and sales result (invoice detail) to BS Sr./Asst MG 3.4 Input data in ERP(PRONES) 3.5 Be window person between assigned customer & concerned parties. 4. ISO14001 4.1 Waste segregation 4.2 Awareness and Comtel energy and Resource saving 4.3 Follow company's policies & objective (IATF16949, IOS014001) 4.4 Perform comply with IATF16949, ISO14001 requirement and report the result of operations by segment is responsible to management 5. Classification and Trade Screening need to be check before prepare shipment to comply with ICP Company Standard (CS025) 6. วันทำงาน : Mon – Fri (มี เสาร์ทำงาน 9 เสาร์สำหรับปีนี้)เวลา : 8.00 – 17.00 น. สวสัดิการ: 1. เบี้ยขยัน : 300-600 บาท/เดือน 2. ค่าเดินทาง : 40 บาทต่อวัน / ตามที่ทำงานจริง 3. ค่าอาหาร : 30 บาทต่อวัน / ตามที่ทำงานจริง 4. ค่าความเสี่ยง : บางตำแหน่ง 5. ค่ากะ : 80 บาทต่อวัน / ตามวันที่ทำงานจริง (เฉพาะฝ่ายผลิต) 6. ค่าตำแหน่ง : ขึ้นอยู่กับการพิจารณาตามตำแหน่ง 7. ค่าภาษา (Languages : English/Japanese allowance): 1,000 - 4,000 ตามระดับคะแนนที่ได้ (มีใบรับรองการวัดระดับ) 8. กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ : สะสม 3% - 15% ตามหลักเกณฑ์ของบริษัท 9. ค่ารักษาพยาบาลพนักงานและครอบครัว: 15,000 บาทต่อปี 10. เงินรางวัลพนักงานดีเด่น 11. เงินแสดงความยินดี เช่น แต่งงาน , คลอดบุตร 12. เงินช่วยกรณีพนักงานหรือครอบครัวเสียชีวิต 13. โบนัส 14. เงินรางวัลอายุงาน 15. ประกันชีวิต 16. รถรับ-ส่งพนักงาน 17. ชุดยูนิฟอร์ม 18. กิจกรรมท่องเที่ยว 19. งานเลี้ยงประจำปี 20. ข้าวฟรี

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male or Female age between 26 – 32 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management or other related fields.
At least 3 years working experience in role of Customer Service or Logistics fields in manufacturing or trading companies.
Good command in English. (TOEIC Score > 550 points)
Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Problem solving skills and work well under high pressure.
Familiar with Japanese culture. If candidate has experience in Japanese automotive industry would be preferable.
