- Understand clients’ IT hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Source, screen, and interview IT candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process. - Act as a consultant, providing insights into the IT job market to both clients and candidates. - Maintain and manage a candidate database for quick and efficient talent sourcing. - Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to create future business opportunities.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

At least 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field
Strong knowledge of the IT job market and the ability to recruit for various positions, such as Software Engineer, DevOps, Data Analyst, Cybersecurity, etc.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and online sourcing tools.
Ability to work in office
Strong negotiation and coordination skills to facilitate recruitment processes.
