1. Project Management Oversight: - Lead and supervise multiple project managers responsible for the setup and opening of new shops. - Ensure each project follows a structured timeline and achieves all milestones, including location setup, branding, design, and quality control. - Develop and monitor standardized project management templates and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency. 2. Collaboration with Designers, Architects, and Contractors - Work closely with designers to ensure that each shop’s layout, interiors, and branding elements reflect the company’s visual identity and enhance customer experience. - Coordinate with architects and contractors to review shop floor plans, construction documents, and timelines, ensuring all projects comply with structural and regulatory standards. 3. Resource Coordination with Landlords and Vendor Management: - Coordinate with landlords for site evaluation, facilities checking that Site standard is according to Shop Specification (Water, Electricity, Utilities, etc) and timely delivery of the Site to contractors for shop renovation. 4. Quality Assurance and Compliance: - Ensure each shop setup meets brand standards (space requirement, equipment, small tools, etc) and adheres to all regulatory and safety requirements. 5. Communication with Landlord and Franchisee for Site Handover: - Act as the main point of contact for Landlord, franchisees and company throughout the setup process, keeping them informed of progress and updates, particularly regarding design and construction phases. 6. Team Leadership and Development. 7. Continuous Improvement and Reporting. 8. Strategic Planning: - Anticipate upcoming franchise openings and resource needs, creating a scalable operational framework to manage high volumes of openings efficiently.

Gender Male / Female
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Operations Management, or related field.
Experience: 5-10 years in project management, ideally within retail, franchise, or F&B sectors, with proven experience in managing multiple projects and construction.
Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects, while maintaining an eye for design and construction quality.
Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and experience in coordinating with designers, architects, and contractors; proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, MS Project).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, incorporate new technologies, and adjust strategies to meet business objectives
