- Monitoring the daily progress of projects handle any issues that arise
- Providing detailed updates to project stakeholders
- Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
- Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
- Liaising with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
- Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Work with the Construction team to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
